Elle Baker is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and previously as Financial Controller at Incat Tasmania since March 2017, Elle has developed a strong financial acumen. Prior to this, a managerial position in assurance at PwC from December 2013 to March 2017 provided Elle with valuable international experience across Melbourne, Seattle, and Houston. Earlier career stages included a role as Senior Analyst at Deloitte Australia from July 2010 to October 2013. Elle holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Tasmania, along with credentials from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Additional academic experience includes a Study Abroad Program in Economics at Cornell University.
