Ryan Bowers, PMP, GISP, SAFe 4 Agilist

Ryan Bowers is a highly experienced professional with a background in project management and geospatial analysis. Ryan has worked in various companies and roles throughout their career.

Starting with their most recent experience, Ryan is currently working as a GIS Project Manager at INCATech - Innovative Computing & Applied Technology since March 2020.

Prior to that, they served as a Senior Project Manager at Chenega Corporation from January 2019 to March 2020. In this role, they led the Chenega Federal Student Aid Transformation Management team and managed a staff of 13 people. Ryan's earlier experiences include working as a Geospatial Analytics professional at Deloitte from September 2011 to November 2013, providing assistance in data analysis, and as a GIS Specialist, GISP at Three Saints Bay, LLC from October 2010 to September 2011, providing firearms trafficking analysis and managing enterprise-wide ArcSDE solutions.

Before that, they worked as a GIS Specialist, GISP at AECOM from October 2008 to September 2010, and as a GIS/Application Support Specialist at SAGE Systems Technologies from December 2006 to October 2008.

Their career began at SAIC, where they worked as a GIS Analyst from February 2001 to November 2006, providing systems and database development, as well as GIS integration support.

Ryan started their professional journey as an intern at Mifflin County, PA in May 2000, gaining valuable experience in the field.

Ryan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and also holds the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, Ryan is a Geographic Information Science and Cartography Professional (GISP), although the institution and specific dates of obtaining this certification are unknown.
