Samantha Gloss

Samantha Gloss is an accomplished Knowledge Management Specialist at INCATech since March 2021, where responsibilities include collaborating with executive leadership and technical SMEs on content management and process streamlining. Previous experience includes roles as Language Arts Specialist at The Journey School, where curriculum development aligned with local standards and Montessori principles was achieved, and as Wraparound Support Program Coordinator at A Wider Circle, supporting the mission to end poverty through collaborative program development. Additional experience includes teaching roles at Howard County Public Schools, writing and editing positions at ESI and Brick House Books, and a research analyst role at Kleimann Communication Group, Inc. Samantha holds a Master's Degree in Teaching and a Bachelor's Degree in English with a concentration in Writing, both from Towson University.
