Thandeka Zondi

Thandeka is a qualified Chartered Accountant, entrepreneur and seasoned executive and non-executive director. The majority of Thandeka’s post-qualification experience has been in senior and executive roles in organisations such as Deloitte, Old Mutual, Auditor General South Africa and SekelaXabiso.

She has also taken up various independent non-executive roles on the boards of including Sasol Inzalo Public and Group RF, Old Mutual Insure and the Gauteng Growth Development Agency among others. Thandeka has participated as a member of the Audit and Risk Committees on all of these boards and as the chair of the Audit Committee on some of them.

Thandeka is currently the CEO of Money Works Financial Services, a digital supply chain and asset rental financing platform. Thandeka is a thought-leader and speaker on strategy, technology, innovation and leadership with her unique focus on the importance of business and/or personal value proposition in the midst of massive changes in business as well as personal contexts.
