Ritu Govil

Ritu Govil has a strong background in business operations and customer service. Ritu held the position of Vice President of Business Operations at Incedo Inc., where they worked on data analytics, emerging technologies, and innovation. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Vice President of Customer Service at Indiabulls, where they were responsible for setting up multi-channel servicing channels and developing customer retention strategies. Ritu also worked at ICICI Bank as an Assistant Zonal Manager, focusing on customer acquisition and retention, and at Citigroup as an Assistant Manager in collections for Citibank Cards.

Ritu Govil holds a Master's degree in Commerce from DSE, Delhi University, which they completed from 1992 to 1994. Ritu also achieved an Honours degree in Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology, which they completed from 1992 to 1993.
