Vikram Kumar

Vikram Kumar has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles in the technology and consulting industry. Currently, they are the Sr Vice President & Business Unit Head-Telecom at Incedo Inc., where they have been instrumental in growing the Telecom business unit and expanding the team to 600+. Vikram played a key role in setting up world-class facilities in Hyderabad and Chennai. Prior to that, they served as a Sr Vice President at Incedo, focusing on helping clients achieve competitive advantage through digital transformation services.

Before joining Incedo, Vikram worked at IBM as the Cloud Services Leader for Africa, where they led a key growth initiative for IBM globally, building enterprise market share for cloud services business. Vikram also served as the Lead Account Partner for Airtel Africa and Orange West Africa, managing end-to-end IT across 17 African countries.

Earlier in their career, Vikram held the position of Regional Director South East Asia & Global Alliances at Clarity, where they focused on forging global alliances with system integrators and developing joint solutions to help clients achieve business excellence. Vikram started their career at CSG as the Country Manager-India, where they built the company's brand in South Asia and secured BSS contracts with leading telecom service providers.

Vikram Kumar earned a B.TECH degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi between 1989 and 1993. Vikram later obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing & Finance from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, they completed the final semester of their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at QUT (Queensland University of Technology). Additionally, they obtained a certification in Digital Insights Platform - Knowledge Sales from IBM in 2018.
