Xavier de Cardenas is an accomplished UX/UI design leader with extensive experience in establishing and scaling user experience practices across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of UX/UI Design at Incedo Inc. since October 2018, Xavier has successfully embedded human-centered design within teams and delivered impactful digital experiences for Fortune 50 clients. Previous roles include Product & User Experience Consultant at Ubiqum Code Academy and Miji Media, and VP of Product Management at Triumph Learning, where innovative digital learning platforms were developed. Xavier's career also includes significant contributions at McGraw-Hill Higher Education, where strategic oversight of ecommerce platforms led to substantial user engagement and sales growth. With a foundation in Studio Art from New York University, Xavier possesses a unique blend of creative and analytical skills, driving informed design decisions and enhancing user experiences across digital platforms.
