Rick Laidlaw

Rick Laidlaw is a recruiting consultant with extensive experience in the high-tech sector. Since August 2010, Rick has served as a Partner at Incendia Partners, providing recruitment services to prominent tech companies, including DBOS, Tamr, and RISE Robotics. Prior to this role, Rick worked as a Recruiting Consultant at Endeca in 2010 and held the position of Principal Consultant at Winter, Wyman & Company from February 2003 to December 2009, focusing on the recruitment and placement of software professionals in the greater Boston area.
