Gabe Priyev

Gabe Priyev is the founder and CEO of IncentFit. Gabe has over 10 years of experience in management and consulting, with a focus on improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Previously, Gabe was a consultant at United Airlines where they decreased customer wait time for check-in by 2 hours and staffing by 9% at SFO International. Gabe also built a linear optimization that took into account worker skill sets and location to staff the terminal most efficiently.

Before that, Gabe was the Accounts Payable Manager at McMaster-Carr for 4 years. Gabe managed a 25 person department and was responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the vast majority of company payables. Gabe also developed software to save documentation, manage workflows, and present information intuitively to employees. Under Gabe's leadership, the department improved financial controls and reduced the risk of fraud.

Gabe Priyev has a Bachelor of Science from University of California, Berkeley in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research. Gabe also has a certification from DePaul University in Six Sigma Green Belt.
