Megan Clark

Megan Clark, AICP, is an experienced planning and development professional with a focus on community and regional planning. Currently serving as an Independent Contractor at IncentiFind since May 2021, Megan assists commercial developments in leveraging green incentives through a comprehensive environmental incentives database. Concurrently, Megan contracts with Advanced Business Solutions, providing support in communication, marketing, and community development financing. Prior experience includes a Senior Planner role at Southwest Missouri Council of Governments, where responsibilities encompassed managing transportation programs, facilitating long-range planning, and securing grant funding. With a solid background in public health preparedness and city management, Megan has also held positions with MDCH and the City of East Lansing, contributing to various planning and community initiatives. Megan holds a Master's degree in Regional and Community Planning from Kansas State University.
