In addition to this role, Brian contributes as a board member and Executive Vice President for the Incentive Marketing Association, promoting professionalism in the incentives industry. As a past president and education chair on the board of Recognition Professionals International, Brian has been instrumental in advancing workforce recognition through innovative educational methods. Formerly, Brian held the position of Vice President of Solution Design at Symbolist from 1998 to 2014. Brian's educational background includes studies at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Dallas Theological Seminary, Texas Tech University, and Texas Christian University.
