Karen Wesloh, CAE, CMP has extensive experience in association management and marketing. Karen began their career in 1991 as an Assistant Director at IDC (Now Harris Connect), where they managed direct mail and telephone solicitation campaigns for healthcare foundations. In 1992, they joined The Harrington Company as a Partner and Senior Account Executive, working with volunteer leaders to support association strategy and growth. Karen's most recent role is as Executive Director at the Incentive Marketing Association, where they lead companies in the $90 billion incentive industry to improve business through recognition and engagement programs.

Karen Wesloh, CAE, CMP holds an MBA in Marketing & Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Karen also has a BA in Business & Economics from the University of St. Thomas. In addition to their degrees, they obtained the Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership in January 2015 and the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Convention Industry Council in January 2006.
