Crystal Jones

Crystal Jones is a seasoned communications professional with significant experience in copyediting and content creation across various organizations. Currently serving as a Communications Analyst at ITG - Incentive Technology Group since December 2019, Crystal previously held the role of Communications Coordinator at Eastern Research Group, Inc., where contribution included copyediting documents and drafting promotional materials. Earlier positions include Copy Editor at KMI Media Group, where Crystal established social media management procedures and enhanced company online presence, as well as editorial roles at the Pennsylvania State University LGBTA Student Resource Center and The Journal News. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Spanish from Penn State University.
