Grace Koçlar

Grace Koçlar is a highly skilled Talent Coordinator at Palantir Technologies, where responsibilities include standardizing hiring processes, managing communication with candidates, and troubleshooting interview platform issues. With experience in scheduling a significant volume of interviews and coordinating hiring initiatives, Grace has also contributed to diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization.
