Carmel Golan

Carmel Golan is an experienced software engineer currently employed at Incentives Solutions since July 2019. Prior experience includes a tenure at Motorola Solutions from 2002 to 2019, where Carmel served as Development Team Leader for billing and traffic analysis, managing a team of three programmers and acting as product owner, as well as working as a senior programmer focusing on Unix/Linux servers with expertise in Oracle DB and programming in C/PRO*C, shell scripts, and PL/SQL. Previous roles also include Team Leader in the billing department at Pelephone and a programmer at Amdocs, where coding involved VAX-VMS and Unix servers using COBOL and shell scripts. Carmel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management/Information System Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
