Kobi Delmedigo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kobi started their career in the Israeli Defense Forces as a Brigade Operations Officer with the rank of Major from 2004 to 2008. Following that, they worked as an O & M Consultant at UNIQUE Advanced Air Conditioning Systems from 2011 to 2012. In 2014, they joined Incentives Solutions and held various positions, including Operations Manager from 2014 to 2017, Finance and Operations Director from 2017 to 2020, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer since April 2020. Overall, Kobi has acquired significant experience in operations, finance, and management throughout their career.
Kobi Delmedigo obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering from Ruppin Academic Center in the years 2009 to 2013. Kobi also attended Yitzhak Rabin from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Chemistry, despite not completing a degree in the field.
