Lisa Shad has extensive work experience in the operations and implementation management field.

Lisa worked at Incentivio as an Implementation Manager from 2021 to the present.

Before that, they worked at Datz as the Director of Operations from 2014 to 2021.

During their time at Datz, they achieved rapid business expansion, growing the organization from 2 to 6 brick and mortar locations, 6 virtual restaurants, and a staff of 35 direct and 500+ indirect staff.

Prior to Datz, they worked at The Red Elephant Pizza & Grill from 2009 to 2014 as an Operations Manager.

During their time at Red Elephant, they spearheaded staffing, controlled labor costs, and directed financial activities. Lisa interviewed, hired, and trained over 350 staff and ensured labor costs never exceeded 17% of sales. Lisa also coordinated payments to 30+ vendors and authorized invoice payments up to $5,000.

Lisa Shad attended the University of South Florida from 2003 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Interdisciplinary Natural Science. During their time at the university, Lisa focused on studying various subjects including Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geology, Public Health, and Leadership.
