Mathew Todtenkopf has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2010 with BTW Rock Entertainment where they were the Owner, Manager, and Co-founder. In 2013 they worked at Eversource Energy as a Marketing/Sales Co-op. In 2014 they worked at Eagle Investment Systems as an Operations Analyst. In 2015 they worked at Forrester as a Sales Enablement Co-op. Since 2016 they have been with Incentivio, first as Director of Product Management, then as Director of Customer Success, and most recently as Head of Implementation. In each role, they have been responsible for strategizing and overseeing the execution of product roadmaps, creating feature specs, researching potential partnerships, creating processes and structures to maximize efficiency, training customer success teams, and more.
Mathew Todtenkopf attended Northeastern University from 2011 to 2016, where they earned two Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration/ Management and Economics.
