Randy Webster

Randy Webster has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Randy started their career at Rogers Video, where they served as a Category Manager for Video Games. During their time there, they developed revenue-sharing programs, provided feedback for product development, and created a successful business plan generating additional revenue.

Randy then moved to Rogers Communications, where they held multiple roles, including Director of Wireless, Director of Product, and Senior Category Manager. In these positions, they developed and implemented strategies for product and customer service, leading teams and driving sales growth.

Webster also worked as a Marketing Instructor at the Purchasing Management Association of BC, where they shared their expertise in marketing.

Their most recent position was as the Chief Operating Officer at MedRay Imaging Medical Corporation. In this role, they led the operations for a medical imaging facility, managing a large team and overseeing strategic planning, budgeting, and policy development.

Currently, Webster is serving as the Divisional Vice President at Inception Fertility, where they collaborate with regional leadership teams to implement consistent processes and support business growth.

Randy Webster obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a finance specialty from The University of British Columbia, which they pursued from 1990 to 1995. Subsequently, they pursued a Level 2 Designation in supply chain and quality management from the Purchasing Management Association of Canada, which they completed in the years 1997 to 1999. Randy furthered their education by enrolling in Simon Fraser University, where they pursued an Executive Masters of Business Administration in Business Administration from 2008 to 2010. In 2014 to 2015, they pursued studies in accounting and finance at CPA Canada.
