Theresa Ferrell

Theresa Ferrell has extensive work experience in human resources, starting in 1999 at SeaWorld San Diego where they worked as a Merchandise employee before moving up to HR Assistant, HR Representative, and finally Sr. HR Representative. In 2007, they joined Callaway Golf as an HR Coordinator and later became a Sr. HR Coordinator. In 2013, they joined Colorado Access as an HR Generalist and was later promoted to Sr. HR Generalist. Currently, Theresa is working at Inception Fertility, where they started as an HR Generalist in 2019 and was recently promoted to HR Manager in April 2022.

Theresa Ferrell has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Development from California State University San Marcos. Theresa also has a Human Resources Management Certification from the same university.
