Federika Ronchetti

Federika Ronchetti is an experienced Learning and Development Manager at Inception Group since July 2021, focusing on creating and leading development programs for senior team members and managing recruitment and onboarding processes. Previously, Federika served as Opening General Manager, ensuring smooth operations during new openings, and as Area Manager, overseeing site performance and team motivation. Federika contributed to the successful launch of LOOM CLUB as an Opening Consultant, managing various aspects of the project. With a solid background in hospitality management, including roles as General Manager and Assistant General Manager in various establishments, Federika has proven expertise in team development and customer experience enhancement. Federika holds a degree in Fashion and Textile Management from Nottingham Trent University.
