Nicolò Cogo

Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in developing collaborative solutions for educational technologies. Since July 2010, Chris has been working at SMART Technologies, initially as a firmware engineer and currently as an electrical engineer, focusing on hardware development for innovative DViT interactive whiteboards and related devices. Prior to this role, Chris served as an electronics contractor for the Science Alberta Foundation, designing and repairing educational devices, and gained teaching experience as a teaching assistant at the University of Calgary. Earlier career experience includes working as an electronics engineer at Grindcom, contributing to control systems for forestry equipment. Chris holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
