Olly Draper

Olly Draper is a seasoned project manager and operations expert in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Special Project Manager at Inception Group in London since January 2018. In this role, Olly manages the full project lifecycle for new venue builds, including concept development and refurbishment of existing venues such as Cahoots and Mr Foggs. Prior experience includes directing operations for new venue openings and serving as General Manager for Cahoots. Additionally, Olly holds the position of Director at Cocktails By Candlelight, a unique at-home cocktail and candle-making experience.
