Marc-Dimitri Akda

Marc-Dimitri Akda has a strong background in the hospitality industry. Marc-Dimitri most recently served as the Director of Operations at Casa Tua, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Soho House & Co, including Club Manager and Senior Food and Beverage Manager from June 2022 to March 2023. Marc-Dimitri also gained experience at the Hillstone Restaurant Group, where they worked as a General Manager, Senior Assistant Manager, Manager, and MIT from April 2019 to June 2022. Before that, they worked as a Management Intern at the Hillstone Restaurant Group and as a Server at GW Grill. Marc-Dimitri also worked as a Management Trainee at Flavio Restaurant DC. In addition to their hospitality experience, Marc-Dimitri Akda worked as an Instructor at Team USA TaeKwon-Do Fitness, teaching athletes and assisting in their testing and promotion.

Marc-Dimitri Akda attended the University of Central Florida from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. In addition to their degree, they also hold a ServSafe Manager certification obtained in December 2017 from the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor, and a TIPS Alcohol Certification obtained in March 2019 from Tips Alcohol.
