Marc-Dimitri Akda has a strong background in the hospitality industry. Marc-Dimitri most recently served as the Director of Operations at Casa Tua, starting in April 2023. Marc-Dimitri Akda attended the University of Central Florida from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management. In addition to their degree, they also hold a ServSafe Manager certification obtained in December 2017 from the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Instructor, and a TIPS Alcohol Certification obtained in March 2019 from Tips Alcohol.
