Pablo Bariola

Pablo Bariola is a seasoned design and strategy professional with extensive experience in founding and advising companies across various industries. Currently serving as the Founder & Advisor at Inception Studio and Co-founder at both Syncretic and Notas de Cata, Pablo has previously held leadership roles, including Vice President of Design at CodeSee, Head of Design at Glooko, and Design Director at Visa, where innovative products focused on financial inclusion were developed. Early career contributions include positions at Convercent, Intercorp • La Victoria Lab, Interbank, and Proconecta, the latter being Peru's first human-centered design consultancy. Pablo Bariola holds a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and has degrees from both the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Universidad de Lima.
