With a strong foundation in engineering management gained as Engineering Manager - Frontend at Tick Tech Ltd. and Resource Manager | Tech Lead at EPAM Systems, Emil's technical expertise is complemented by earlier positions as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer across various organizations, including SoftServe and BULPROS. Emil began a professional journey at Telerik Academy, advancing through a series of progressively responsible roles in the software development field.
