Margaux IRONDELLE has a strong background in project management and consultancy roles. Margaux currently works as a Sales and Customer Success manager at Incepto, where they develop and promotes AI tools for precise and human radiology. Prior to that, Margaux worked at IBM Interactive as an AI Project Manager and later as an AI Senior Consultant for a Banking Group. In these roles, they managed teams, assessed and followed up on projects, and facilitated workshops and interviews to provide strategic recommendations. Margaux also has experience as a Consultant and Business Developer at Ideal Medical Products Engineering, where they focused on business opportunities and client relationships in Africa. Before that, they worked as a Junior Consultant at Cabinet ESPERE, where they provided sustainability consulting services. Margaux also gained experience as an Assistant Project Manager at the French Ministry of Health and as a Sales Coordinator at L'Occitane en Provence. Additionally, Margaux worked as a Junior Project Manager at the Association Energie Jeunes, where they raised funds through partnerships with private companies.

Margaux Ironelle completed their education in a sequential manner. Margaux obtained a Master's degree in Business Management from NEOMA Business School, specializing in Project Monitoring and Financial Control, from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Saliège from 2007 to 2009, where they completed a Preparatory class for Business Schools with a focus on Economics. Margaux also achieved their Baccalauréat in Sciences Economiques et Sociales from Lycée Privé Saint-Joseph, where they studied from 1998 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Margaux has obtained several certifications. Margaux completed the Data Science Foundations - Level 1 course from IBM in October 2019, along with the Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org during the same month and year. Margaux also obtained certifications in IBM Blockchain Essentials V2 in September 2019, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner in October 2018, and Watson Assistant Foundations in September 2018.
