Rahul Nagar has six years of work experience in IT recruitment. Rahul began their career in 2016 as a Technical Recruiter at TEK Inspirations LLC. In 2018, they moved to NEA Consulting Inc in the same role. In 2019, they joined BrickRed Systems as a Technical Recruiter. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Recruiter at Inceptra Solutions LLC. In 2022, they moved to RadixTop LLC as a Team Lead, and then returned to Inceptra Solutions LLC in the same year as a Team Lead - US IT Recruitment.

Rahul Nagar attended the Youth Cybersecurity Forum from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained an MBA.
