From 2014 to 2022, Juefei Wang worked at GTEKT North America Corp. as an Assistant Manager and Simulation Engineer. As an Assistant Manager, they digitalized CAE Pre/Post workflow using self-developed tools, improved monthly output by 23%, developed a KPI system for the simulation group to boost morale, and founded a digital transformation team to create an in-house alternative for commercial solutions. As a Simulation Engineer, they solved production issues, developed a new reverse engineering method to convert 3D scan data, and worked extensively with hot stamping material and ultra-high tensile stress steel.

From 2014 to 2015, Juefei Wang also worked as a Guest Engineer at Honda R&D Americas, Inc., where they acted as a customer interface between GNAC new model development and OEM, and had knowledge about OEM standards and supplier internal standards.

From 2012 to 2013, Juefei Wang worked as a Graduate Student Researcher and Graduate Research Assistant at The Ohio State University.

Juefei Wang completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Materials Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology from 2008 to 2012. Following that, from 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at The Ohio State University. Additionally, in April 2011, they obtained a certification as a Network Administrator from the National Computer Rank Examination institution.
