Susanna Kondracki is an accomplished finance and risk management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Co-Chair and Finance Chair of the Board of Trustees at the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation and Compensation Committee Chair at InCharge Debt Solutions, Susanna is also the Principal Owner of Golden Woods Consulting LLC and President & Owner of Always Best Care Loudoun. Previous positions include Managing Director at The Hilltop Companies and Senior Vice President roles at Capital One, where notable achievements included reducing turnover and enhancing operational efficiency. Susanna's career began at First Virginia Bank, progressing through prestigious roles at Freddie Mac, Radian, RiskSpan, and other firms. Susanna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of Virginia.
