Jagoda Palider

Jagoda Palider has extensive work experience in various HR roles across different companies. Jagoda is currently serving as the People Director Europe & Africa at Inchcape plc, where they have been since 2023. Prior to that, they held roles such as Regional HR Director Europe & Africa at Inchcape plc, Group HR Director at Stock Spirits Group, HR Director Poland at Stock Polska, and VP, Director, HR Solutions and Services at TJX Europe. Jagoda also served as the Human Resources Director at Tesco /POLSKA/ Sp. z o.o., the Management Development Director at Skanska USA Civil, the HR Director at Praktiker Poland, the HR Director at BOC Gazy (Poland), and worked as an Assistant Lecturer at Warsaw University. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, talent management, compensation & benefits, training & development, recruitment & retention, and personnel administration.

Jagoda Palider received a Skanska Executive Programme degree from IMD in 2004. In 1998, they completed the BOC Management Programme at Hult Ashridge. Jagoda holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Warsaw, which they obtained between 1985 and 1992. Prior to that, in 1984 and 1985, they studied French & Music Combined Honours at the University of Birmingham. Jagoda Palider completed their secondary education at Lutterworth Grammar School between 1980 and 1984.
