Minwoo Kim

Minwoo Kim is an experienced airport management professional currently serving as the Director of the International Project Technical Expert Team and the NAIA project TFteam at Incheon International Airport Corporation since April 2024. Kim's recent work includes overseeing a significant US$3 billion contract with the San Miguel Consortium for the revamp and operations of Manila's Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Previously, Kim held various positions at Incheon International Airport Corporation from 2003 to 2021, including Deputy Director of the Airside Engineering & Construction Team, where responsibilities involved planning and construction for multiple phases of airport development, including the 4th Phase Construction. Kim holds a Master's degree in Airport Development and Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Hanyang University.
