Laura Vitro

Laura Vitro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Laura started their career as a Student Supplemental Instructor at Valdosta State University, where they excelled in improving academic outcomes for over 90 students. Laura then worked as a Client Services Coordinator at Banfield Pet Hospital, where they were responsible for entering client information and educating customers about pet health. Laura later transitioned to the food service industry and worked as a Shift Manager at Arby's, overseeing shifts and managing various aspects of the restaurant operation.

Following their time in the food service industry, Laura pursued a career in dental hygiene. Laura worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Imagix Dental, providing advanced periodontal therapy and utilizing digital radiology techniques. Laura also worked at Hope Dental Group, where they provided comprehensive dental care and managed patient recare.

In 2013, Laura transitioned into the field of product management at Henry Schein One. During their time there, they held multiple roles, including Technical Consultant, Associate Product Manager, and Product Manager. In these roles, they contributed to the development and delivery of software solutions in the health SMB space, particularly in the dental market. Laura managed global scrum teams, merged core product roadmaps, and analyzed user data to drive product improvements.

Most recently, Laura joined Incident IQ in 2022 as a Product Owner, where they continue to contribute their expertise in product management.

Laura Vitro attended The University of Georgia from 2001 to 2006 where they obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology. Laura then pursued further education at Georgia State University Perimeter College from 2006 to 2008, earning an Associate of Science degree in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist.
