Sebastian Waters

Sebastian Waters has a diverse work experience in the finance and investment industry. Sebastian is currently working at InCirT GmbH as a Co-Founder since April 2022. Prior to this, from April 2021 to April 2022, they served as a Consultant to Private Equity. Before that, Sebastian worked at IK Investment Partners as an Associate Director from December 2018 to April 2021. Sebastian also gained experience as an Investment Associate at STAR Capital Partnership LLP from December 2016 to December 2018. Sebastian began their career as an Associate at Angelo, Gordon & Co. from January 2014 to July 2016. Sebastian initially joined the industry as an Analyst in Leveraged and Acquisition Finance at J.P. Morgan in March 2012 and worked there until January 2014.

Sebastian Waters attended WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management from 2007 to 2010, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Management. In 2009, they also studied abroad at Singapore Management University for a semester, focusing on Finance. From 2010 to 2012, Sebastian pursued a Master's degree at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, specializing in Finance & Economics. In 2011, they further expanded their education by spending a semester abroad at Sciences Po, concentrating on Finance and Strategie as well as European Affairs.
