Neil Holland

Neil Holland's work experience starts with their role as a Sales Director at Incision since January 2023.

Prior to this, Neil worked at Ethicon, Inc. starting in October 2017 as a Sales Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for sales and growth of the electrosurgery platform in Greater Manchester. Neil consistently achieved growth through new business, new product introductions, and education of healthcare professionals.

Before joining Ethicon, Neil worked at The Sports Office from January 2012 to September 2017 as a Client Manager. Neil played a pivotal role in sales, implementation, training, product design, testing, and support of Performance Management Software as a Service. Their major clients included The Premier League, RFU, ECB, BHA, and various individual clubs and organizations in sports, education, and military sectors.

Neil also has experience as a professional rugby player. Neil played for Swinton Lions Rugby League from February 2011 to August 2013 and for Wigan Warriors from February 2005 to October 2010.

Neil Holland attended Golborne High School from 2000 to 2005. Neil then went on to St John Rigby College, where they pursued A Levels in Physical Education, Business Studies, and ICT from 2005 to 2007. Finally, Neil attended the University of Central Lancashire from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a 2:1 BA (Hons) degree in Sports Studies.
