Dillon is currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Incisive Consultants, a consulting firm specializing in Electronic Health Record projects. Prior to this, Dillon worked as a Technical Recruiter at Carex Consulting Group, where they focused on healthtech, project management, and information technology. Dillon also served as a Talent Partner (ERP and Epic Training) at Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc., where they learned about potential consultants' strengths and experiences. Dillon began their career as a Professional Recruiter at Aerotek.
Dillon Jensen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus in General Business, from the UW-Whitewater College of Business and Economics between 2013 and 2017.
