Swati M.

Swati M. is an accomplished Managing Partner at Incite.org since 2017, focusing on investments in early-stage entrepreneurs, nonprofit founders, and political leaders. Swati co-founded and served as Board Chair of The Arena from November 2016 to December 2022, working to activate new civic leaders and enhance democratic access. Swati's notable role as National Investment Chair for Pete for America involved raising over $100 million, contributing to Pete Buttigieg's successful 2020 presidential campaign. Prior experience includes serving as a Partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (2015-2017) and leading product marketing internationally at Square (2012-2015). Swati holds an A.B. with a Special Concentration from Harvard University and an MPhil in Economic and Social History as a Rhodes Scholar from the University of Oxford.
