Ben Strong

Ben Strong is an experienced professional currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Incite Tax since March 2023. Strong has been with Mountain America Credit Union since July 2021 as a Member Experience Officer, assisting members with various loans and financial queries. Additionally, Strong works as a Collections Officer for Utah Community Credit Union, managing delinquent accounts and addressing payment discrepancies. Previously, Strong held the role of Web Developer with DevMountain Student Developers, creating a full CRUD web app called Strong Workouts. Strong's career at Utah Community Credit Union began as a Collections Specialist from December 2013 to February 2019, where training manuals were developed to enhance onboarding processes. Educational background includes an Associate's degree in Electrical Automation and Robotics Technology from Utah Valley University, along with completion of training at DevMountain in 2019.
