James Sullivan

James Sullivan's work experience starts with their current position as the VP - Global Strategy - Explosives & AN at Incitec Pivot Limited since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Partners in Performance from 2020 to 2022 as a Management Consultant, where they led delivery teams on growth-related client engagements in mining and manufacturing and provided sales and delivery support to the firm's directors. From 2012 to 2020, James was a Management Consultant - Operations improvement at Kearney, where they provided expertise in operations effectiveness and business growth. James also worked as an Operations Area Manager at Geodynamics Limited from 2009 to 2011 and as a Manager/GM - Strategy/InsureTech, Joint Ventures and Merger Integration at Suncorp Group from 2005 to 2009.

James Sullivan earned an MBA degree from AGSM @ UNSW Business School in 1998-1999. James also pursued a B.Engineering/B.Economics degree at The University of Queensland, and studied Applied Photovoltaics at UNSW. Additionally, they obtained a GAICD certification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
