Natasha O'Kelly

Natasha O'Kelly is a seasoned professional in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management, currently serving as the Global HSEC Systems & Improvement Manager at Incitec Pivot Limited since May 2019. In this role, Natasha leads the IPL Group HSEC systems and improvement activities, working towards the Zero Harm Ambition. Previously, as a Project Manager on secondment, responsibilities included overseeing the implementation of a Global Document and Record Management system. Other notable positions held include HSEQ Systems & Assurance Manager, HSE Business Partner at Dyno Nobel, and Site Administrator and Receptionist at Morrow Petersen Solicitors and Acme Insurance Brokers, respectively. Natasha holds a Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety from the Australasian College of Health & Safety and graduated from Mossman State High School.
