Allen Halbrook

Allen Halbrook is the General Counsel of Incline Insurance Group, LLC and each of its subsidiaries. While at Incline, in addition to his other duties, Allen has completed anti-money laundering training, obtaining a course certification with distinction in the process. He has more than 25 years of experience representing clients in regulatory, litigation, and related corporate activities.Before coming to Incline, Allen spent 18 years at one of the premier regulatory law firms in Texas and served as its President for his last seven years there. Allen started his career as a Special Assistant for a U.S. Congressman, becoming the Legislative Director before returning to Texas to practice law. He began his legal career in private practice and has served as the general counsel of a state regulatory agency.
