Ashley Howard

Ashley Howard, PharmD, BCPS, BCGP, is a clinical pharmacist with extensive experience in geriatric care and therapeutic medication management. Currently serving at Included Health since December 2021, Ashley previously held roles at InnovAge and Kaiser Permanente, where expertise encompassed comprehensive medication reviews for elderly patients and management of Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease respectively. Earlier professional training included a PGY2 residency in Ambulatory Care at William Beaumont Health System and a PGY1 residency, following the attainment of a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Creighton University in 2007.
