Christine Fortune has extensive experience in the healthcare and social services sectors, currently serving as a Service Quality Assurance Specialist at Included Health since October 2019, where previous roles include Connected Care Assistant Lead and Senior Connected Care Assistant. Prior to this, Christine worked at the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission from September 2016 to August 2019, holding the position of ABI / MFP Program Coordinator III, where responsibilities involved providing administrative and clinical supervision to case managers, and earlier as MFP / ABI Program Coordinator II focusing on case management for clients. Additional experience includes positions at Eliot Community Human Services, Wayside Youth & Family Support Network, SmartBargains.com, WahlcoMetroflex, Inc., and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, with a diverse background in customer service, program coordination, and management. Christine holds a Certificate in Advanced Clinical Studies for Children, Youth & Families from Boston College School of Social Work, and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Hospitality Administration from Johnson & Wales University.
