Danielle Johnson

Danielle Johnson is a skilled healthcare professional with extensive experience in care coordination and patient services. Currently serving as Manager of BPO Relationships at Included Health since August 2021, Danielle previously held various roles at Grand Rounds from July 2017 to August 2021, including Care Coordinator Manager, Care Coordinator Lead, and Care Coordinator.
