Karla Stevenson

Karla Stevenson is an experienced communications professional with a focus on internal communications, employee engagement, and strategic branding across various healthcare and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Internal Communications at Included Health since March 2022, Karla leads initiatives to enhance workplace experience and engagement while sponsoring the Enabled Employee Resource Group. Previously, Karla held key roles at UC Davis Health as Director of Internal Communications, Adventist Health as Director of Internal Communication and Public Relations, and Blue Shield of California as Senior Manager of Markets Internal Communications, among others. With a solid educational background, including a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, Karla has consistently driven effective communication strategies to foster organizational growth and employee involvement.
