Kattiana Guzman

Kattiana Guzman is an experienced professional in human resources and compensation, currently serving as the Director of Compensation at Included Health since April 2023. Previously, Kattiana worked as a Consultant in Human Resources and Total Rewards at Private Insurance & Financial Network from August 2022 to April 2023, and held the position of Director of Total Rewards at Bausch Health Companies Inc. from March 2021 to May 2022. Kattiana's extensive background includes leadership roles at TD Ameritrade, where responsibilities encompassed various capacities in compensation management from February 2012 to February 2021.
