Christopher Mackenzie currently serves as the Director of Compensation and HRIS at Community Health Resources since August 2025. Prior to this role, Christopher worked as a Military Data Analyst and Project Manager at Tiber Creek Consulting, Inc. from March 2023 to August 2025, and as a Personnel Technical Information Specialist at CLVG Consulting Inc. from October 2020 to March 2023. Earlier experience includes a position as Facility Security Officer at the University of Connecticut from April 2020 to January 2021, and a distinguished career in the Connecticut Army National Guard from 1997 to July 2020, culminating as Senior Personnel Advisor and Chief Warrant Officer IV. In this role, Christopher directed seven managers and oversaw human resource policies for 3,600 soldiers. Additional contributions include leadership in the Human Resource Systems Branch and deployment during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts Administration, Management Studies from Excelsior University, earned in 2008, and completed the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Career College in 2015.
