Kayla Cooper

Kayla Cooper has extensive experience in healthcare management and coordination. Currently serving as Manager of Member Services at Included Health since May 2021, Kayla previously held the role of Care Coordinator Manager. Prior to this, Kayla worked at Grand Rounds from September 2017 to May 2021, advancing through positions from Care Coordinator to Care Coordinator Lead. Kayla's career began at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center, where an Office Coordinator role was held from March 2015 to September 2017.
