Sonya Olson

Sonya Olson is an accomplished Engineering Manager with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently at Included Health since July 2023, Olson previously held similar roles at Handshake, where responsibilities included growing new teams and enhancing talent acquisition. Notable contributions include leading metric-driven experiments that improved job recommendation quality and user sign-ups.
