Jyl Feliciano, MBA, has extensive experience in leadership roles focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Advisor, Jyl previously held the position of Global Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging at Highspot and Vice President of Talent and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging at 3Q Digital. Additional roles include Diversity & Inclusion Director at Advocate Aurora Health and Head of Inclusion Programs at Conagra Brands. Jyl earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from Purdue University and has also pursued further education at Cornell University.
